1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk6 ("pk6", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the pk6 website at pk6.asia and all associated services including sports betting, online casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, slots, and payment processing services.

By registering an account on pk6, logging in, depositing funds, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register or use pk6.

pk6 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of pk6 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to pk6 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pk6 is an adults-only platform. Gambling services are not available to minors under any circumstances.
• You are accessing pk6 as a private individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party or business entity.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by pk6 or any partner responsible gaming programme.
• You are not a pk6 employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of the same.
• You have confirmed that your participation in online gaming activities is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your specific location and province within Pakistan.

pk6 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 18 will be permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use pk6, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to all pk6 accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active pk6 account. Duplicate accounts, whether intentional or not, may be closed and associated funds voided.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your real name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk6 login credentials. pk6 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
• Notification of breach: If you believe your pk6 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk6 support immediately at [email protected].
• Account transfer: pk6 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account to any other person.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and PKR Payments

pk6 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions govern your use of the pk6 cashier:

• Accepted payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard debit cards, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Rs 1,000 for bank transfer. Equivalent minimums apply for crypto and e-wallet methods.
• Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. pk6 may require identity verification to be completed before processing a first withdrawal.
• Processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15–45 minutes. Bank transfers take 1–2 business days. Crypto withdrawals take 15–60 minutes subject to network confirmations.
• Funds use: Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on pk6. pk6 is not a bank and your account balance does not accrue interest.
• Dormant accounts: pk6 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee on accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on pk6:

• Bet validity: pk6 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on an event that has been incorrectly listed, or where there is clear evidence of a technical fault in the display of odds or game outcome.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and betting market on pk6 has its own minimum and maximum stake, displayed at the point of wagering. These limits may be changed without prior notice.
• Collusion and fraud: Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit software bugs, use automated betting scripts, or engage in any form of fraudulent activity on pk6 will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to abuse bonuses, promotions, or free bet offers through multiple accounts or coordinated wagering patterns is prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.
• Live betting: In-play bets on cricket, UFC, and other sports are final once confirmed by pk6's system. pk6 is not responsible for bets placed after an event outcome has been determined but before the system has registered the result.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pk6 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions on pk6 include:

• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type – live casino and certain slots may contribute at reduced rates toward wagering requirements.
• pk6 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or alter any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses are awarded per player, not per payment method. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses constitutes fraud.

7. Responsible Gaming

pk6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools, accessible from your account settings after pk6 login:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your pk6 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Set automatic session end times to manage the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from pk6 for a fixed period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of request. During self-exclusion, your account will be inaccessible and pk6 will suspend all marketing communications to you.
• Reality checks: Periodic notifications during gameplay reminding you of time elapsed and session activity.

8. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk6 and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Using pk6 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity documentation during account verification.
• Accessing pk6 from jurisdictions where the service is explicitly blocked.
• Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise pk6's technical infrastructure.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing legitimate deposits without contacting pk6 support first.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or server outages.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or correspondent banks.
• Financial losses resulting from your own betting or gaming decisions.
• Unauthorised access to your pk6 account as a result of your own failure to maintain login security.

pk6 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary service unavailability.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute between you and pk6, the following process applies:

• Step 1 – Contact support: Submit your complaint to [email protected] with full details of the issue, your Player ID, and any relevant evidence.
• Step 2 – Internal review: pk6 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a formal response within 10 business days.
• Step 3 – Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with pk6's resolution, you may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution authority as specified in the platform's licensing documentation.

Pakistani users are individually responsible for ensuring their participation in online gaming complies with the laws of their province and city. pk6 does not provide legal advice and nothing in these Terms constitutes legal counsel.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

pk6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering on pk6, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. Your data is protected using SSL encryption and is never shared with unauthorised third parties.

12. Termination

pk6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where pk6 reasonably believes a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In the event of termination for cause, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the player via the original payment method within 10 business days, subject to identity verification requirements.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules communicated to you on pk6, constitute the entire agreement between you and pk6 regarding your use of the platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
